Quick Pickled Red Onions

These quick pickled red onions are perfect for a pop of flavor! I use these on everything from sandwiches to salads to tacos! The best part, they will stay in the fridge up to two months (if you do not eat them all before then). I always keep these in my fridge ready to top my next delicious meal!
