These quick pickled red onions are perfect for a pop of flavor! I use these on everything from sandwiches to salads to tacos! The best part, they will stay in the fridge up to two months (if you do not eat them all before then). I always keep these in my fridge ready to top my next delicious meal!
Quick Pickled Red Onion

Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients
1 Red Onion (sliced thin)
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Kosher Salt
2 Whole Garlic Cloves
8-10 Cracks of Black Pepper
Instructions
Combine apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt, whole garlic cloves and black pepper in a saucepan on low heat. Cook for 5-10 minutes while stirring until sugar is fully dissolved. Pour liquid over the top of onions and cover. Place in refrigerator for a minimum of one hour. For best results let the onions pickle overnight.
These will last in your fridge up to two months. Use them to top sandwiches, salads, tacos and so much more!
